This Memo has been emailed to all FFWPU Church Leaders and Organizational Leaders

This Memo must be faxed by the Regional Headquarters to all the State Centers. Please inform all Tribal Messiahs concerning the content of this memo.

MEMORANDUM

We are deeply grateful for the total commitment that is being made throughout America to bring success for this tour. Father is totally focusing on the historical significance of this tour. He mentioned that we must understand the time and the authority we have to move heaven and earth to enter the Peace Kingdom with us. All four regions are working very hard with unity to fulfill.

I. GOAL - 12,000 per event – we must fulfill. This goal has caused everyone to make strong conditions of sacrifice and reach out to God in faith that somehow we can achieve what God wants. To make sure that we fulfill the GOAL we ask that two programs to be held locally.

STATES LISTED BELOW ARE TO ORGANIZE TWO PROGRAMS (Sunday Service Event for members and Ambassadors for Peace and / or Sunday, Monday or Tuesday Evening " LIVE" events for Ambassadors For Peace and Clergy.) Why should we do this? To make every possible effort that every member and every Ambassador for Peace attend True Parents four city tour. Also, so that our states directly connect in spirit to True Parents tour. States that should do programs: (DE,PA,OH, IN, WV, KY,TN, GA, SC, FL, AL, LA, MS, KS, TX,OK, AR,MS,ND,SD,CO,NE,WY,NV,NM,WA,AK,MT,OR,ID,UT,N.Cal., HI, and the nation of CANADA.)

All other states who directly participated are encouraged to also hold events for those who couldn’t go to the main event. General "Open" Webcasting to the general public will allow us to open the webcast for tens of thousands. Therefore we will make the goal of 48,000 for four cities !!!! 1. Organize two events in your state for Father’s tour: a. Sunday Service – Please invite all guests who can possibly come and play the video from the New York Event. This must be downloaded from the Webhard service on Saturday night and checked. We can naturally invite our allies who are close Ambassadors for Peace on for our Sunday service / Peace Kingdom event, NOW IS GOD’S TIME, Sunday morning.

b. Live Webcast - for Ambassadors for Peace and Clergy (LIVE STREAMING).

II. Media - We are doing a full outreach to the Media. There will be more specifics concerning the Media direction. The Media Coordinator is Mr. Michael Balcomb. A media coordinator has already been appointed for each block and is already working with Mr. Balcomb. We also have Rev. Daryl Gray, former Communcations Director for the Southern Christian Leadership Conference and other Professionals are working on all four cities. We are planning a

PRESS CONFERENCE in each host city. Key spokesman will be, Rev. Daryl Gray, Archbishop Stallings, Rev. Walter Fauntroy, Rev. Michael Jenkins, Rev. Tessie Willis, and Rabbi Waldman. Spokespersons from the four cities are:

III. Phoenix Conference for ACLC will be held from Tuesday, July 5 through Friday, July 8th at the Marriot Mesa Phoenix
