RE: Broader Qualifications for Second Generation Matching Candidates As the attached international memo indicates, True Parents will match a broader group of sincere and faithful Second Generation, as we had anticipated. In addition to those who will participate according to the standards of previous Cheon Il Guk matchings and Blessings, the following candidates are invited as well:

I. Those who have remained pure (i.e., have not fallen), but have gone beyond the standard of no kissing or dating (i.e., some experience with the opposite sex). Each candidate should consult their Regional Director or the Second Generation Department.

II. Those whose previous Blessing was broken, who did not start their family.

III. Those who are currently participating in or have graduated from Sun Moon University's "Pure Love Department."

For questions or information regarding these modifications, refer to the attached international memo or contact the US Second generation Department as noted below.
