On January 22, 2006, the HSA-UWC Headquarters Financial Office mailed the Annual 2005 Donation Acknowledgement Letters to all donors. However, it appears that the US Postal Service misplaced the entire mailing. Accordingly, we are sending a second mailing today. You should receive this second mailing of your Annual 2005 Donation Acknowledgement Letter within 2 or 3 days. (Meanwhile, you may receive the original mailing, but we are not hopeful.) If you need this information earlier, please send an email and we will email your 2005 annual donation information by return email. We apologize for this inconvenience.
