RE: Key International Directions and MEPI
True Mother and Hyun Jin Nim were completely victorious on the 13-city tour of North America. The Blessing was initiated and will now be conducted in all 50 states. Unity was achieved in a profound way centering on True Mother's love bringing our key leaders, clergy and Ambassadors for Peace together in unity with Hyun Jin Nim. This sets an historic foundation for True Parent's entry into the heavenly palace. America fulfilled its responsibility and True Mother and Hyun Jin Nim were happy with the many breakthroughs that came on a higher level. Also, Father heard Dr. Yang's detailed report and was very happy. America is moving upward and many are coming to accept Father's message and vision on the family and peace. Thanks to the American Movement - blessed families, members, and all of our leaders. Thank you.
The following are directions received from Rev. Chung Hwan Kwak as International President of FFWPUI. (These were sent in International Memos sent to all Regional headquarters. We summarize the most essential contents here. ) In addition the MEPI program must be fulfilled.
1. 21-Day Breakfast Fast - All members.
1) Period: May 14 - June 3rd. (You may begin May 15 and go to June 4th - if your region already set up the schedule please follow that).
2) This period should be spent for repenting and settling accounts for one’s past in preparation for the entrance ceremony
2. Special Grace Holy Wine Ceremony. Details will be announced. Will be initiated at True Day of All Things. Seed Holy Wine will be distributed. Each Region will conduct after the 21-Day condition.
3. Special Donation for all families - $1283 per family. Donation should be sent before June 13th. (Note: This is NOT the Original Palace donation, but rather a special condition for the preparation for the opening of the Original Palace and Temple. We ask all families to first fulfill their Original Palace donation that they might be recorded as supporting the building of God's Temple. May 31, 2006 is the deadline. Please see the Chung Pyung site for details on payment).
The "Special Donation" is an additional condition that FFWPUI has asked each family to make to prepare for the historic opening of the Original Palace and Temple.
For the "Special Donation of $1283:
Please wire donations to the account below:
Bank Name: Woori Bank
Account Name: Unification Church
Bank Tel: 82-2-715-9485
Bank Address: 209 Seogye-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul 140-710, Republic of Korea. Please notify the International Office when you send the donation by email. Please address the mail to Ms. Shin Hye Lee.
4. MEPI - All regions must fulfill the goal. Please know that we understand your desperate situation, however the situation of the Middle East and the role of America in preventing the clash of civilizations is more desperate. Members must be educated to understand. America must bring 70. Dr. Yang officially authorizes each VRD to find "sponsors" for those who cannot cover all costs. The goal is to get 70 Ambassadors for Peace there. Having them pay as much as possible is important - more important is to make the goal. Even if people come late, each region must make the goal.
