MEMORANDUM

We sincerely thank all of our blessed families for your faithfulness and sincere heart as we have begun special 7-year course in North America. During this time of transition we wish to express gratitude for your Absolute Faith, Absolute Love and Absolute Obedience to the call of heaven. We sincerely ask that you give your full support to the Acting Regional Directors at this time.

True Parents gave a new Holy Wine and new Holy Items to all Continental Directors in a special ceremony on June 13th. Also the Cheon Seong Gyeong (Holy Scripture) was given to all Continents at that time emphasizing that the "Word" would be central to the fulfillment of Blessed Family tradition and lifestyle.

All Holy Wine Ceremonies (using June 13th Holy Wine) are to be completed in North America by August 30, 2006. Many regions will hold the Holy Wine ceremony and the bequeathing of holy items on July 9th or later in July. All should be completed in July if possible. All old Holy Wine, Holy Salt and other holy items (candles, etc.) should be returned to the church for proper disposal. (The drawing for tribal registration will be postponed until further direction is given.)

Meaning of the June 13th Holy Wine This Holy Wine is the basis for a new Covenant between God and True Parents and all Blessed Families, made possible by the substantial dwelling of God on Earth through True Parents' entrance into the Original Palace. Through the Holy Wine ceremony we are no longer standing in the position of "conditional" sons and daughters of God's lineage but as "substantial" sons and daughters who are free to fulfill our portion of responsibility through the realization of True Love (perfection) centering on our attendance of True Parents and Blessed Family life.

This Holy Wine will be used also to engraft new people into the lineage of God, and therefore in that context has all the properties allowing for the forgiveness of original sin, the conditions of entering the 4th Israel (from August 20, 2003), and the total release from sinful history allowed for by the August 20, 2004 Holy Wine ceremony after the Coronation providence. Since Blessed Central Families have participated in all past Holy Wine conditions, this Holy Wine has the meaning that we are substantially engrafting into the family of our True Parents after the entrance into the Original Palace. The authority and position of God and True Parents is completely different after June 13, 2006. Now God and True Parents' authority and power of grace are substantially and forever established on earth. Thus, True Parents are proclaiming in the 120-City world tour that the era in which evil prospers has passed away. Now people who are living correctly for God and humanity will prosper, will gain influence and authority to educate and inspire the world to realize a culture of heart and a world of peace by establishing families based on the Holy Blessing of True Parents and a lifestyle of living for the sake of others. True Parents are creating a new beginning for all humanity through entering the Original Palace.

This Holy Wine should not be considered a condition of forgiveness for all mistakes of the past, but rather the substantial engrafting into heaven's lineage. We should receive it with our pledge that we will fulfill the 7 key directions for Citizens of Cheon Il Guk, thus rectifying all past mistakes. This Holy Wine ceremony is substantial and allows us to substantially establish our families as families of Cheon Il Guk. All historical conditions and barriers to the path of the Blessed Family becoming one with True Parents are removed. However, to become one with God and True Parents we must still fulfill our portion of responsibility based on the 7 key points as Citizens of the Heavenly Kingdom.

All Blessed Central Families (Unification). The husband and wife should participate together with the children. If that is not possible then the children may be given the holy wine later by the parents in a special ceremony at home. If both spouses cannot participate then one may participate and save the holy wine for their spouse.

After the Blessed Central Families have received the Holy Wine in the regional ceremony, they may then distribute it freely to all Blessed Couples and new couples that you wish to engraft to the lineage of heaven. (There was a stipulation that our Blessed Central Families should receive the Holy Wine first, then the Blessed Families (non-Unification) and new candidates for Holy Wine. This doesn't mean that we have to wait until all Blessed Central Families have received the Holy Wine before we are free to give it; with the completion of the Regional Ceremony, after we have completed the June 13th Holy Wine ceremony ourselves, then we are then free to distribute it, even if all blessed central families in your region or nation didn't complete the ceremony yet.)

This can be done following a method for the multiplication of Holy Salt as written in the Tradition Book One. (Note: some variations of multiplying Holy Wine have been permitted. The essential element is the use of seed Holy Wine and your sincere prayer centering on True Parents.)
