URGENT MEMORANDUM

A special Holly Wedding ceremony will be held on August 20, 2006 for the grandchildren of True Parents, establishing the tradition of the Blessing in 3 generations of a true family. To achieve this historical and holy Blessing, all members of the Second or Third Generation who are qualified as candidates for this Holy Wedding with True Children should be recommended through church leadership to the USA Second Generation Department by Saturday, August 12^th in order to be reported to Korea by the international deadline. The attached international memo provides detailed qualifications and instructions for these candidates, and the recommendation process. The important highlights are as follows:

A. The essential qualifications for the Cheon Il Guk Blessing

1) Purity- never kissed, dated or had an exclusive boyfriend-girlfriend relationship
2) Obedience – pledge to keep the Blessing with True Parents’ chosen spouse
3) Exchange Blessing – prepared to accept any race, nationality or culture
4) Public Mission – dedication to 3 years public mission
5) Health - Good health, with no special physical or mental problems
6) Seven day fast (may be completed after August 20 if necessary)

B. Other important qualifications include (see international memo for details)

A healthy life of faith (submit recommendations from church leaders)
Divine Principle Education- completed 40-Day Workshop (see memo for details)
Candidate’s parents should have received the Registration Blessing
Candidate’s siblings should have maintained the purity of their lineage

Males: Those born between January 1, 1979 - December 31, 1989
Females: Those born between January 1, 1980 - December 31, 1990

[NOTE: Time of birth should be included on the application form]

A. Church leaders should interview & recommend candidates to regional leaders

B. Regional leaders should review and recommend candidates to national headquarters

C. Recommended candidates should be interviewed by a representative of national HQ

D. Candidates in STF/CARP may be recommended to HQ either through STF/CARP leadership or their regional leadership

2) Family Introduction
3) Interview form
4) Signed Confirmation of Qualification for True Parents’ Matching
5) Two 8 x 10 photos- one full length, one head and shoulders
6) One photo of the candidates’ family (8 x 10)

IMPORTANT! Please indicate candidate’s TIME OF BIRTH on the application form, include in the box on the upper right labeled "BLOOD TYPE" next to the date of birth
