We sincerely thank you for the many sacrifices you have made to bring success for the April 27^th Interreligious Clergy Blessing in Washington D.C.

We have just completed the Washington D.C. Holy Convocation of ACLC and then will go on to New York for the final convocation next week. Over 1000 ministers have attended these three convocations, received the blessing and pledged to bring 12 other ministers into this Family Movement. These convocations are making a hurricane of blessing. Now National Messiahs (many are 36 couples) and Japanese missionaries have joined us in this historic dispensation.

1. Blessing and Victory of True Parents and True Family.

2. The expansion of the Cheon Il Guk (Unified Nation of Cosmic Peace) through the fulfillment of the Interreligious Clergy (144,000) Blessing on April 27^th.

3. That Christianity (centering on ACLC) and America as the Second Israel fulfill their responsibility before heaven and expand this blessing to all religions, nations, races and cultures.

4. That we will have unity between the Father, Mother and Elder son Nations and all leaders and organizations centering on True Parents.

Each family is to bless 56 Minister couples. This will be achieved by each family working with a Japanese missionary and starting with 5 ACLC or other positive core clergy and working thru those ministers to bless 12 Minister Couples per church. (Asst. minister, assoc. minister, youth minister, music minister – most churches have a number of ministers).

You should receive 5 ministers from your Regional Director. The Japanese missionaries may receive more. We should assist those churches in holding "Altar call" blessings on each Sunday between now and April 27^th. An "Altar Call" blessing is a simple blessing in which the pastor calls the minister couples to come forward at the end of service to receive the Holy Wine and the prayer of the pastor and his spouse as officiators. The ministers are having powerful experiences with this. Rev. Hamilton and Pastor T.L. Barrett have blessed over 40 ministers each!

The Korean National Messiahs have been asked to come to America and many have already arrived. Approximately 3 per state will come. Please welcome them and support them as they directly represent True Parents and the Fatherland.

The Japanese Missionaries are arriving now. Almost 1000 will arrive by this Sunday, March 17^th. The Japanese Missionaries should stay in Christian Churches or our members homes. Their goal is to bless 100 clergy couples each. Thank you True Parents for this incredible support! We would like to complete the 144,000 by April 20^th. What is the providential reason for their coming to America? They are here for a dispensational condition to bring unity between the three primary nations. They came because True Parents wanted the Father and Mother nation to join together with the Elder Son nation in participating in and experiencing this historic victory of the Blessing of all religious leaders. Father recently spoke to the ACLC Executive Committee at Hoon Dok Hae. He said that when this blessing is completed it will open a gateway between heaven and America and America will be guided into fulfillment as the Elder Son Nation.

Please support the donation that is requested by the Regional Director of your region. Also, the national offering requested for this blessing will be fulfilled through the $1200 offering for the United Federation of Churches Building fund. We plan to dedicate this building immediately after the April 27^th blessing. Please try your best to complete your offering as soon as possible.
