Dear All,

As happens many times, for various reasons, the essence of SMM's words are obscured. But when the yearly motto is rendered in a manner which makes it incomprehensible, that is a tragedy. (This is no one's fault; and the translation is done on the spur of the moment which only exacerbates the situation. But it's not reasonable to expect a conceptually-complex statement to be quickly grasped and precisely rendered into English.)

So, once again I have taken it upon myself to wrestle with the quick-English translation in order to squeeze out an interpretation that makes sense to me. (Sorry for the delay.)

What follows is the annual motto released during the early minutes of God's Day 2006; then a blow-by-blow sketch leading to the final interpretation of the motto.

I hope that you find the Hammered Motto for 2006 helpful in putting the year into context.

'The Era of the Complete Settlement of the Model Providence for the Ideal of Peace in Heaven and on Earth' --SMM

The Era [this time in history] of the Complete Settlement [accomplishment/realization] of the Model Providence for the Ideal [providential ideal] of Peace in Heaven and on Earth [cosmos/universe]
