Do We Need Divine Principle Lectures?

In the introduction to Principle of Creation, it proposes "...people have anguished over the fundamental questions of human life and the universe..." It does not say...how people have anguished over fixing their financial problems, such as how to pay the rent... or, how to talk to their spouse, when upset... or, how to organize a small group or a neighborhood sidewalk cleanup!

Divine Principle was never meant to be a "How to Live Your Life Book". So it should not be compared to a self-help, motivational, secrets to success, or healing book, which is our daily readings these days.

As it says, it answers the "fundamental" questions about life and the universe. It means when in the course of your life, you ask, "where am I in relation to the life I came from, to my present universe and where am I going after this life, "I" (Divine Principle) is ready to give you a fundamental answer.

But here is the catch, you must have a "question" about fundamentals, before you would feel any satisfaction from hearing the Divine Principle! If you don't have any such questions about the fundamentals of life and the universe, then you don't need Divine Principle lectures!
