The Words of the Basuil Family |
He is a man of Utmost Sincerity, Love, Loyalty, Courage and Filial Piety
The calligraphy written by our International President Rev Hyung Jin Moon for our Philippine National Leader, Rev Jun Basuil during his Seunghwa Ceremony on July 5, 2011
Hi kuya,
Let me share with you some excerpts of message during Kuya Jun's Seunghwa ceremony today.
"He is a man of utmost sincerity, love, loyalty, courage, and filial piety."
This was the calligraphy written by International Chairman, Hyun Jin Moon for our Philippine national leader as soon as he received the news of his passing. Continental Director said, he has never seen such kind of very deep calligraphy done. It was such a blessing for his family and our country to receive such calligraphy from International chairman of Unification Church.
He has been a true brother to all of us and a true example of "absolute faith, absolute love and absolute obedience." this was our Continental Director's message in the Seunghwa ceremony.
He never was angry -- no one can say anything against him. Testified all the people in his Seunghwa and he always have a smile to give to everyone
I remember so many times I cried in mission and he just smiled and asked me how he can help and solve my problem -- comforted and supported me. Specially my mission in Malabon. He even volunteered his car for use in Malabon City for my UPF assembly there last 2009 while he had to commute. He even asked me about you why you haven't returned to Philippines for a long time. But when I told me you're studying he smiled and said maybe you're preparing something real for the future. He hopes you can help the providence with what you are pursuing.
I guess this is the characteristic of an offering. Pure, loving and with high standard of spirit. Externally, he was an achiever in school, he graduated cum laude with a degree in BS E.C.E. and not only passed the board exam, but topped the board at 2nd place. But he chose to be in the front line. Such kind of sincere dedication he have in doing his mission.
But Continental Director said we should not cry, because of such great offering that we have, surely, tremendous blessing will be pouring in the Philippines. Just like the time of passing of our beloved Kuya Celso. It seems it was a lost for Philippines, but God works in a different way, God never ever lose. Heavenly Father reclaims everything in the end. After Kuya Celso's passing, Our True Parents recognized our college, IPLC and invested 4M$ to develop this school True Father declared that he wanted to build a model international school here in the Philippines!
