Sunday Service and Regional Meeting

Dear Families,

This coming Sunday May 9, 2010, we will have the Sunday service with Rev. Park as celebrant. The venue will be at G-FREE Suzuka, Mie ken and will start at 9:30-12:00. In the afternoon we will have a Regional Meeting (Central Japan Region) at Sakurajima Komenkan. You can bring your lunch there (obento) so that while eating we can initially discuss things what we need to do at our witnessing mission here in Japan. The formal meeting will start at 1:30- 4:00 pm.

Agenda of the Meeting

1. Create and Set a target Regional goal for the year 2010 in terms of witnessing

2. Formulate Strategies to attain the goal

3. Report of every Department Leader on their long and short term plans and programs. (20 minutes per Department allowing at least interaction after each presentation)

a.) Education Dep't.

b.) Blessed Family Dep't.

c.) P.R. Dep't.

d.) Publication Dep't.

e.) Second Gen. Dep't.

4. Create a data base and updates of our Regional Membership. note: Home group leaders in Mieken and leaders in Osaka and Nagoya should bring the list of members with respective home addresses, email and tel. nos.

Let's move as one Region and bring substantial results to GOD and TRUE PARENTS.
