The Words of the Drenicheva Family

Letter From Elizaveta Drenicheva, Who Is Imprisoned In Kazakhstan

January 29, 2009

Here is the first letter from Elizaveta, which she has written to us in jail:

Hello, my dear!

Thank you for the letters! I was sitting, reading and crying… thank you for your heart, for support, for poems. Thank you that you are near. Me too, I'd like to be close with you, want to witness, just like you! But we can go through everything and everything will be fine! I am praying for you everyday, my heart and my mind with you! And I am dreaming about you very night! "No one can break us or kill us!"…

Thank you for all your warmth, care, support, cloths, food (all is very tasty). I am also trying hard, reading HDH (the one I rewrote), Sunday service, praying… Together we can overcome everything and win.

Every day here in prison is like whole life. In prison you can become real prisoner or super-believer. But God did not leave me, and I did not leave Him also. Just here very clearly it was opened to me -- God is not in Heaven, God is a suffering God. He suffers for His most unhappy children. Here you can understand His broken Heart. I think that all what I see here will benefit me to better help God now and later.

There is nothing scary happen to me, everything fine. All police men are surprised: "what is article #164?" I am not thinking about what is going to happen here but what will be when I will be released. And I worry about you no less than you about me. I tightly embrace everyone! I will come back soon! See you!

Your Liza

PS: I had a dream with my leader. He said that most important is unity. And that we should not separate even into 2 groups. I will be with you! Forever! And also I had a dream that I was a seagull and was flying! It was so beautiful! Probably this is for goodness.
