The Permanent Mission of Nigeria and Permanent Mission of the Slovak Republic to the United Nations, in partnership with the Universal Peace Federation, sponsored "Women and the World at a Turning Point" hosted at Nigeria House, March 2nd 2011
The program, a parallel event of the 55th Commission on the Status of Women, drew over a hundred women to a day long seminar concluded by an interfaith peace ceremony.
