It appears that Chung Hwan Kwak may have decided to come out into the open and challenge True Parents directly. The word around town is that he will appear on stage at an event in Seoul's Yongsan area on Friday, May 25.
Kwak spoke earlier this month during a meeting in Seoul's 63 building, where Hyun Jin Nim met with the core supporters of the Kwak group. During those remarks, Kwak promised that... he would soon break his public silence.
People who attended the 63 Building meeting quoted him as saying he would soon begin a fight to turn the Unification Church and the Providence toward what he considered to be the right direction. He represented himself as being the only person capable of defining this correct direction.
The May 25 appearance follows on that declaration, and appears to be Kwak first attempt to challenge True Parents directly.
