The Words of the Jouan Family |
It was a heart-opening experience for me. I originally just wanted to get more understanding and information about the parents’ matching for my children -- but it was much more than that. Renewing and filling my heart with guidance and testimonies. I was overwhelmed to hear how God was working on the foundation of faith and trust in families. I also felt such relief from all that I was facing and going through with other blessed families and their children, as well as my own. Some situations have hurt the child(ren) and parent(s), unfortunately. However, going through difficulties together we can deepen our hearts, our love for each other and also understand God and TPs’ hearts more.
Today, we are living in CIG and the time has changed. God and TP want us all to live in happiness and harmony. I am sure that we can make our community into a loving family by caring for one another as our own. Some are distant from us, because of their struggles between husband and wife, parent(s) and child(ren), 2nd gens. leaving, etc… I believe that many of us need a kind of healing from the past, as well as true and sincere relationships between us.
God cares about everyone and wishes for those who left, to come back one day. We are the ones who need to realize His desire to build “One Family under God”. We can do it if we find the precious and unique value of the original nature in each and every one of us. Even though some may carry heavy crosses, we can lend our hands and walk together. I also discovered that it has to start in my heart and with my husband -- I wish to live the rest of my life happily with him. We have so little time for each other. Husband and wife (parents) relationship is the key for our children. I need to learn the “5 love languages” so we can both understand, then practice them in our daily life. It is our responsibility as parents to guide and prepare our children for their happy and bright, future blessed lives. I sincerely recommend every parent (husband and wife together, if it’s possible) to participate in this parents’ matching convocation. Thanks to everyone who could make this convocation so meaningful and unforgettable!
