Dear Leaders,
May the abundant love of the victorious Cosmic Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind be with you all!
On December 4-6, 2007, we will be holding the Global Peace Festival in our country. Our elder brother Hyun Jin Nim has already confirmed his coming to the Philippines to speak before the Global Peace Festival Rally at the Quirino Grandstand, Manila on December 5, 2007. As a nation, we have the goal to gather 250,000 individuals to participate in this event and to listen to HJN’s message of hope and peace.
In line with this, we would like to request all family members to take part in offering this national condition with details below in order to ensure the victory of God and True Parents through this event.
NATIONAL CONDITION FOR GPF 2007 from October 1- December 3, 2007
What:
40 Full Bows (Everyday) and Chain Vigil Condition
Purpose:
(1) For the protection of True Parents and True Family;
(2) To lay foundation of unity for national restoration;
(3) To win President GMA’s approval of the proposal to have a day in December 2007 as the National Celebration of Universal Peace, Solidarity and Harmony;
(4) For the victory of the mobilization and for the overall success of GPF 2007 as a foundation for GPF 2008.

Note: For other Filipino brothers and sisters who are not directly under any of the above stated centers or departments who wish to join in this national condition, please choose any day to do the vigil and fulfill the other conditions.
In addition to this, we would also like to request all blessed and non-blessed members alike to offer a donation of Php 2100/couple or Php 1200/single individual in order to substantiate our conditions and make our Global Peace Festival a real victory in front of Heavenly Father and True Parents. This amount will help support our activities from December 4-6, 2007.
Note: Members may send their donations to: HSA-UWC, Bank of the Philippine Islands, Cubao Aurora Branch.
We sincerely request that you fulfill these conditions. We have to make utmost effort to restore our country, Philippines and offer our country to God and True Parents.
