Our sister Marie-France Dougherty has passed

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Our dear sister, Marie-France Dougherty, of Tivoli, NY, passed Saturday, June 22, after a long struggle with cancer. Marie-France and her husband Jim were blessed in 1982 at Madison Square Garden. They have four loving, grown, children: Patrick, Lynn, Eric, and Francis. Marie France lived her life on this earth with great faith, heart, and courage and a beautiful spiritual yearning; she will be missed by many.

Marie France's Sunghwa Ceremony will be held this Saturday at 11:30 am at the Burnett-White Funeral Home in Red Hook, NY. The Won Jeon Ceremony will be at the Red Church Cemetery in Tivoli followed by a reception at the Dougherty home at 71 Montgomery St. in Tivoli.
