We pray for God and True Parents' blessing and love to be with all continents, nations and providential organizations as we create the sacred reign of peace in Cheon Il Guk, the realm of cosmic peace. The King Garden event was successfully held on March 17 in Hawaii with the participation of delegations from forty nations of the world. This is to announce the instructions given through the speech delivered during the event at King Garden. Regional presidents and national leaders should keep these instructions in mind when carrying out their key activities.

With the coming of the world of peace, this era will provide materials that are of the original kind, that is, all things of creation belonging to God's sovereignty and untainted by the Fall. Gatherings should be made according to the groups represented, and a system set up. The Unification Principle should be taught to these groups so that they may be brought together and made to move together. A structure should be developed at the earliest possible date to bring together all of Oceania so that it may move as one. The necessary personnel to move all of Hawaii should be sent to America.

Only the people who are united with the owner and working hard to create the sacred reign of peace can come to this place. In other words, only those who offer the utmost devotion and invest all their possessions and even their most valuable possessions according to the standard by which God has invested may come to this place. That kind of person will be included in the realm of inheritance of the owner of the sacred reign of peace.

1. The quota for each nation for appointing ambassadors for peace is thirty times the number of parliament members in each nation. Ten times the number of parliament members should be appointed from men; twenty times should be appointed from women. The appointment and administration of ambassadors for peace should be completed and its constituents should be expanded to include young children and infants, students and the younger generation. They should all be educated and managed.

Complete the Mission of Carrying out International Cross-cultural Blessings The mission of carrying out the International Cross-cultural Blessing will become a great revolution of transferring people into the lineage of goodness under God’s realm of dominion. All nations should invest their key resources in carrying out the cross-cultural blessing, beyond religion and nationality.

The Seventh Year of Cheon Il Guk is a providential jubilee year in which all humanity will receive the blessing. All blessed families in each nation should become the owners of the jubilee by taking part in the completion of the Peace Blessing Speaking Tours in 12,000 locations by April 17, which is also True Parents’ Day and the Easter Day that True Father designated.
