Re.: Blessing All Citizens of Each Nation, and Sending Out Volunteers from the Three Key Providential Nations (Korea, Japan, USA) for the Completion of Providence in Each Nation of the World
We pray for God and True Parents' blessing and love to be with all mission nations, leaders and blessed families of each nation as we create the sacred reign of peace in Cheon Il Guk, the realm of cosmic peace.
I. Completion of Giving the Blessing to All Citizens in Each Nation
With the proclamation of the beginning of a new, heavenly civilization of universal peace, the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind, the King and Queen of Peace have recently been emphasizing that the Blessing should be given to all the citizens in each nation of the world. Regional presidents, national leaders, heads and leaders of all providential organizations should actively engage in activities for fulfilling True Parents' direction. The blessing for all citizens of each nation should be completed by holding rallies, big and small, in 13,320 locations in each nation.
II. Joining the Abel UN
At this time of launching anew the Abel UN, all nations should be brought to join the Universal Peace Federation, the Abel UN, thus playing a key role in this providential advancement. To assist each nation in fulfilling this responsibility, volunteers from the three key providential nations of Korea, Japan and the United States will be sent to each nation.
1) Number of nations to be supported: 200 nations
2) Number of people from the three key providential nations to be sent to each nation
From Korea: 2,000 families (10 people to each nation)
From Japan: 2,000 families (10 people to each nation)
From America: 200 families (1 person to each nation)
3) Preparations
The three key nations should use the attachment to fill out the name list of candidates according to the designated number that will be sent out.
4) The International Headquarters will compile the name list of candidates from the three key nations and assign them to the 200 nations through a lottery system. The results will then be sent back to the three key nations and conveyed to each nation of the world. National leaders of Korea, Japan and the United States should take responsibility in selecting candidates. They should compile the list and report to the International Headquarters by May 15 (Tuesday).
