The 2007 Assembly of Korean Ambassadors for Peace was held on July 25 in the Millennium Hall on the 6th Floor of Central City. The event was co-hosted by UPF and IIFWP. 1,217 VIPs, heads of providential organizations and Ambassadors for Peace executives in Korea gathered for the event.

The event was hosted by Mr. Kyung Soo Jung, president of the Broadcasting Forum for Peace (former MBC announcer) and began with Dr. Chung Hwan Kwak's main address. Dr. Min Ha Kim, president of the Ambassadors for Peace Headquarters in Korea gave the welcoming address and emphasized for "qualitative development over quantity" and that ambassadors for peace should be "aware, be professional and have conviction so that they can be respected by the people in their local area and respective fields."

Mr. Jung Ro Yoon, president of IIFWP Korea gave a report on the activities of ambassadors for peace for the past three years.

On this day True Father took the podium and delivered his speech, which is the 15th chapter of the Pyunghwa Hoonkyung. The speech was entitled the "Three Great Subjects" Principle from the Viewpoint of God's Providence." In it Father emphasized the responsibilities of the ambassadors for peace in the "era for the Beginning of a New Universal Civilization of Peace," and asked that they join him in "creating a new paradigm for harmony and peace in bringing the six and a half billion people of the world to become one family under God."

He also explained about the Abel-type UN saying that he founded "an 'Abel-type' UN (The Universal Peace Federation) as a new Peace UN, which is active in 120 nations of the world. Its role is to guide humanity in the era for the beginning of a new and universal civilization of peace, with the belief that we must pour 'new wine into new wine skins.'"

He left them with a call to "believe in and follow the True Parents. Follow the compass of your conscience in attaining the status a true parent, true teacher and true owner, and practice a life of true love that will ensure your eternal spiritual life."

In answer to Father's speech all the participants pledged to do so.
