The Final Declaration Rally for the Liberation of God's Homeland organized by the Universal Peace Federation and FFWPU in Korea was held on April 11, 2008. The event took place at the Fencing Stadium within the Seoul Olympic Park began at 2:00 pm. Over 10,000 participants gathered for the rally including national messiahs, church leaders in Korea, executives from providential organizations, ambassadors for peace in Korea, members of the Sansoowon, and core members of the movement. All the participants welcomed True Parents arrival from their trip back from America.

The purpose of the rally was to re-position the core of the activities for liberating God's homeland.

The emcee for this day was Rev. No Hi Park. In the pre-events, there was a special performance by members from Africa, and a video presentation introducing the providential developments for the new civilization in the Pacific Rim era. Before Father's speech Dr. Chung Hwan Kwak gave an address. In his address he reminded the participants that we were able to discover the path leading towards the liberation of God's homeland, the ideal world that was meant to be and that goes beyond conflict and strife, through the teachings of Rev. Dr. Sun Myung Moon, the true parent, true teacher, true owner and king of peace. He emphasized that the ideal world of harmony, cooperation, unity and peace which people have yearned for, can only be realized by connecting with God's true love, true life and true lineage.

Dr. Kwak introduced the global foundations that Rev. Dr. Sun Myung Moon established so that the Korean peninsula and its people could play a central role in bringing the liberation of God's homeland. Dr. Kwak explained the purpose of the rally saying "All the people of this nation including leaders in all walks of life should build a new set of ethics and morale through the pure love and true family movement, and raise this nation to become a model nation in bringing about the liberation of God's homeland."

After Dr. Kwak's address Mr. Hyun Jin Park and his wife presented flowers to True Parents. True Parents, who had returned after presiding over the providential projects in the Pacific Rim area, was warmly welcomed by the crowd. True Father delivered the keynote speech entitled "A Providential View of the Pacific Rim Era in Light of God's Will: The United States and the Future Direction of the United Nations and the World." Through his speech he gave an overview of the development of human history and stressed that the Pacific Rim era and the cultural realm symbolizing women had come. True Father explained earnestly God's will and ideal, emphasizing the urgency and importance of the current times in light of God's providence and in the history relevant to both the physical and spiritual worlds.
