May the blessing and love of God and True Parents be with each continent, nation and providential organization as we usher in the era of the completed settlement of the model providence for the ideal of peace in heaven and on earth.

We are sending out True Father's instructions that were given during the 2006 Cheon Il Guk Leaders Assembly, which took place from February 4 to 6. National messiahs should do their best in fulfilling their mission.

We must make preparations for God's unified world centering on the eight continents. National messiahs should bear responsibility for carrying out their duty as teachers in their respective nations and take on the joint responsibility of notifying all the villages in each of the world's nations about the Messiah, Savior, Second Advent and True Parents before True Parents go to the spirit world.

The restoration of Adam's family is about the restoration of the lineage, reconciliation of brothers and the restoration of the right of ownership. God should be the primary owner, but for that to happen Adam and Eve must be perfected. In the position of the true owner, God was going to transfer all His blessings to His son and daughter. Adam and Eve were to pass on the creative process of bearing and raising children, and the third generation was to inherit all the great achievements of the ideal world envisioned at time of the Creation. Before that, they could not claim ownership.

There would never have been war and the owner would never have changed had they inherited the tradition in the highest position in the heavenly world devoid of sin. I am determined never to compromise this task no matter what kind of difficulty there may be.

National messiahs are feudal kings. They are the governor-generals of their nations. Have you fulfilled your responsibilities as governor-generals? You are my representatives who can go and save the people of that nation. You are the Abel-type king. Therefore, you must become one with the president and people of that nation. Have the national messiahs, as governor-generals, become one with the church members of that nation? Since the providence has unfolded in this way, you should go back [to your nations], even if conditionally, and become one with the members and leaders there in order to turn everything around at once.

Work through the media and broadcasting agencies. Carry out promotions in each nation; just twelve times through the press and it will thaw the nation. You should produce and distribute DVDs on all that has occurred here and distribute the contents through the press, so that even the people in the lowest areas of a ghetto will know about the Second Coming, the Savior, Messiah and True Parents. That is the responsibility of the national messiahs. Those who cannot do this should withdraw from being national messiahs.

You must teach the Korean language. I have urged the translation of Cheon Seong Gyeong. Once Cheon Seong Gyeong comes out in forty languages, it should be used to educate people. Those blessed from each nation should study Korean for three years and be able to read Cheon Seong Gyeong in Korean, the original text. You should teach the language in any part of the world. Korean is the mother tongue.

Representatives of the 36 couples should go to the Oceania region and educate people on the settlement of Hoon Dok Hae and the traditions True Parents have established. If there are those among the 36 couples who are unable to go, their sons and daughters should be mobilized if they wish for the names of the 36 couples to be remembered for eternity. If there is no one from a family who can do that, they should have someone from their clan take their place, even if it means paying them a salary. National messiahs who were unable to fulfill their responsibility during the [UPF] tour should have their children graduate from one of our theological seminaries and then be dispatched to the nation to which their parents are messiahs.

1) Details: Go to the Pantanal in South America and catch 160 fish. (40 of each of the following types of fish: dorado, baku, boga, and suribi (pintado))

2) Those who should go:

(1) National messiahs who were unable to catch 160 fish. (Those who have passed away or are unable to go should have their children complete this task on their behalf.)

(2) Ambassadors for Peace who wish to catch fish

3) Deadline: These instructions should be carried out and completed during the time frame from March 1 to April 18. (Please be sure to arrive in Korea by April 18).
