The pledge service and commemorative speech for the 44th Day of All True Things was held at 8:00 a.m. on May 27, 2006, at the Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center, with the participation of blessed families and leaders, around 10,000 people.
Remembering that Father began this holiday on July 26, 1963 (Lunar: 6th month, 6th day) at the first church in Chungpa dong, which was celebrated on 5th month, first day (lunar calendar) of each year. Also After celebration of 35th True Parent's Day in 1994, True Father added the word "True" to the four holidays including the Day of True All Things.
On this day, Rev. Kwak Chung-hwan, the International Chairman of the IIFWP, and the International President of FFWPU, as the M.C. guided everyone throughout the pledge service, which included the True Parents and True Family members entrance to the main hall, the lighting of candles, opening remarks, bows from the representatives of the physical world and spiritual world, reciting of the Family Pledge, the Kwak's report prayer, cake cutting, Hoon Dok Hae the reading of True Parents' speech, offering of flower to True Parents by a representative blessed couple, Father's speech, and three cheers of mansei by Rev. Yu Jong-kwan of the North-South Unification Federation.
Rev. Kwak explained the importance of the Day of All True Things, and read Father's the speech Father will read at the entrance ceremony on June 13.
From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., True Father spoke, emphasizing on the importance of the ceremony to take place on June 13, and the importance his June 13th speech. During his speech, he asked Mrs. Jeong Won-ju to sing.
Later he asked all the Japanese blessed wives who had gone through the Forty-day Ocean-based Workshop in Yeosu to come on stage, and sing a song about rowing a boat. Following that, Father spoke to all of them and other the Japanese participants (in Japanese) saying, "You have to be exemplary leaders as pioneers by taking responsibility for the Ocean." Later, Father said as it was the Day of All Things, he wanted to give the Japanese wives a gift. He asked Rev. Hwang Sun-jo, the President of FFWPU Korea to give a boat (from the boat factory of the Tongil Group) to each of them.
He asked all the women participating in 40-day workshop to participate in lottery to choose some of them to join him on his helicopter to go to Yeosu later that day.
Emphasizing the importance of the creation, as they are all are created for the sake of human beings, Father said that without all things, the restoration work could face much more difficulty. He also tried to teach everyone about how he puts on his cloths.
At the end, Rev. Yu Joeng-kwan of the North-South Unification Federation guided everyone with three cheers of eug-mansei.
