May God and True Parents’ blessings and love be with brothers and sisters in all regions, mission nations and providential organizations.

This is to announce the appointment of the International Itinerant Worker for Blessed Central Families in Africa according to True Parents’ instructions. Katherine Harting Rigney has been appointed to the position of International Itinerant Worker. She will be working in Africa under the Regional President of Africa. The appointment is effective as of December 10, 2009.

Mrs. Rigney worked for missions in various African countries from the time she was first appointed as a missionary to Africa in 1975 until 2000. She also served as the continental director of Africa from 1994 to 2000. I ask the leaders and members to render their full support and assistance to Mrs. Rigney for her new mission.
