This is to announce the appointment of the new national leader in Philippines, Asia region. Mr. Rolando Jr. Basuil has been appointed to the position of national leader for Philippines.

We would like to thank the outgoing national leader, Mr. Michael G. Zablan for his hard works and dedication and wish him the best in his new mission.

The change is effective as of December 27, 2009.
