Respected True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind, Honored guests, leaders of the city of Cholla Namdo and city of Yeosu;

I would like to express my sincere thanks that you have come a long way to participate in the Dedication and Opening Ceremony of The Ocean Hotel.

In particular, I would like to offer greetings of congratulations and gratitude to my father who is present today. He is the returning Christ at the Second Advent. He is the substantial God who comes from the God of Night. He is the True Parents, the owner of true love, true life and true lineage who resolves original sin. He is the owner of peace who through his life has established a tradition of dedication, service and love. He is the owner of truth who comes among us as true love. In fact, the reason we are here is to inherit his true love and practice it in our lives.

True Parents first visited Yeosu on January 8, 2003, and began the Yeosu project later that same month. Since then, he has invested tremendous Jeong Seong in the Yeosu area. He established Cheonghae Garden and invited tens of thousands of our church members from Korea, Japan and other countries for prayer and education.

The Ocean Resort Condominiums and ParaOcean Waterpark and Sauna were opened in 2008. Last year, the Geomundo Island Hotel was opened. Today's opening of The Ocean Hotel will be followed in a few weeks by the opening of The Ocean Country Club golf course and club house. All these investments are being made in accordance with my Father's overall master plan to develop Yeosu as one of the most important centers in the world for the maritime leisure industry. My Father has been teaching for more than 50 years that the oceans will play a critical role in humanity's future, particularly as a source of food and other resources.

The full-fledged support and love of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind was critical in Yeosu's successful bid to host Expo 2012 Yeosu, Korea, which will open on May 12.

On this occasion of the Dedication and Opening of The Ocean Hotel, please join me in conveying our grateful heart to the victorious king of peace, the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind with a warm round of applause.
