Last Friday, on October 23, True Parents invited the participants of the Women’s Federation for World Peace International conference to the Palace of Heavenly Harmony (Cheon Hwa Gung) in Las Vegas and blessed them with six and half hours of Hoon Dok Hae. True Father engaged personally with some of the sisters there. To one, he said, “There will be many people who will try to use you.”

During intervals between Father’s speaking, Rev. Yang Heo sang Ulsan Arirang, Wonju McDevitt read the fifth chapter of True Father’s autobiography, which is about True Mother, Wonju McDevitt sang, and Rev. Heung Tae Kim reported about his work with the Sorocaba Brazilian soccer team. Next, True Parents presented gifts to the second daughter of Park Jeong Hui, former president of South Korea, and her husband, who participated in the 10.14 True Parents’ Cosmic Blessing Ceremony. Gifts were also presented to WFWP representatives from each continent.

True Mother sang two songs Wearing a Flower Ring and My Hometown. Next, Wonju McDevitt read Owner of Peace and Owner of Lineage. Lastly, Rev. Jeong Soon Jo, president of the Ascetics’ (or Saints’) Association, gave a report about his work to find righteous people in Las Vegas. He compared the modern-day Las Vegas to Sodom and Gomorrah, and encouraged everyone to work hard to find enough righteous people in Las Vegas so that it can avoid destruction.

Finally, True Parents sang Song of the Mountain Flower together and ended Hoon Dok Hae.
