Title: The 14th Foundation Day for the Nation of the Unified World, and Directions

May the love and blessing of the Parents of Heaven and Earth be with you all leaders and members.

The Fourteenth Celebration of Foundation Day for the Nation of the Unified World, October 3, 2001, began with Pledge Ceremony at 7:00 am at the Hannam-dong official residence. At 10 o'clock, the commemorative service was held at Sutaek-ri Central Training center. At 7 o'clock in the evening, a cultural performance was held to honor the day. It was a fitting series of events that enabled everyone to make a new determination and celebrate the day.

In his Pledge Ceremony blessing prayer True Father earnestly prayed as follows:

"We are greeting, Foundation Day for the Nation of the Unified World, and, centered on all the saints and wise men, and on the four great saints, binding all leaders of religion into one. From today, entering a world of a new dimension and surmounting all obstacles, with sincere prayer that we can establish a foundation in heaven and earth, with all the children who have gathered here, all Unification members and those from the spirit world, and all blessed families and children of the world are united in thought as one mind and one body. Please therefore allow this to be a day on which we can determine to be loyal subjects in front of Your one unified heavenly sovereignty of love."

Following are the main contents of the commemorative speech from Kae Cheon Il plus directions from the world leaders meeting on October 4.

1. Central Blessed Family and I

The center is only one, and central blessed families, centering on "myself", must think "This is my country" and "God's will is my will" and that "I" have to fulfill my responsibility.

We now have to become independent of True Parents; we must find a nation and return with that accomplishment.

We have to feel that central blessed families have the greatest value in the world, and we have to fight and win on the eight levels of indemnity, for example, individual indemnity, family indemnity, tribal indemnity, national indemnity etc. True Father emphasized this.

Because of the fall of man, human beings could not become the masters of the natural world.

Now human beings must gain the qualification as masters and become models in front of all things of the cosmos. To gain the qualification of the owner, we have to be able to live like God and we have to come back to the original world of creation.

The laws of nature never change; in that sunshine, water, air and land combine to create the environment that gives birth to life, they are the elements of the connection to heaven. Blessed families should visit the holy grounds. They should visit the Original Holy Ground, the Root Holy Ground and the Victory Holy Ground in the Pantanal every three or four years.

Second generation blessing: Now is the era of the fourth Adam, and we are thus entering the era in which the parents of the second generation can match their children. But there is a clear principle: that enemies should be matched together. The blessing is a mixing of blood, and Father has matched saints with murderers. Enemies should marry, and families should marry into the families they most dislike in order for harmony and peace to come about. People in high positions should marry those in low positions and white people should marry black people.

First generation blessing: The blessing should be held on the level of the nation, or region within a nation, or continent, with groups of some tens, hundreds or thousands participating. People should not marry just as they please.

1. The Coronation Ceremony of the Kingship of God and the beginning of the New Heaven and New Earth

The identity of "I", "you", and "we" must start from God.

You must experience God's pain and sorrow.

You must receive the true blessing and deny yourself of everything.

Only through true love is total restoration possible--total restoration is possible through total self-denial.

You must accomplish true registration and re-creation.

True Family has a value equal to the resurrection of the entire cosmos.

The value of the central blessed families is bigger than the core (of the creation).

The Heavenly Kingdom on earth and in heaven is God's hometown and God's home country.

Coronation Ceremony for the Kingship of True Parents is the blossoming of the world of the love of God and humankind.

What we must leave behind for our future generations are families of filial piety, of patriots, of saints and of holy sons and daughters.

We need this Day to completely liberate the blessed families.

We need this Day to realize ideal families of true love.

We need this Day to purge away paradise and hell.

We need this Day to purify the true blood lineage on the cosmic level.

We need this Day to fulfill the promises of the Old and New Testaments, and of the Completed Testament, and to realize world unification.

We need this Day to get rid of all national boundaries and realize world peace

The ancestors in the spirit world must go back to where they were born (starting point) and, through returning resurrection, support the completion of resurrection.

You must consider your ancestors very important.

You must hang up the Unification Church flag to welcome your ancestors.

You must have good relationships with your relatives on earth.

4. Reporting the names of 120 people centering on each of the four great saints

Hastening the unification of the earthly world through the reports of the leaders of the various religious foundations.

Training and preparing for the "fishing Olympics"; those places with over 100 members must purchase two boats.

Worldwide friendship exchange

Through IIFWP, The Washington Times will hand in our proposal to the U.N. expressing our intention of utilizing the land in four South American countries to be the basis for supplying food for the world's hungry. The U.N., even, should ask the cooperation of the U.S. ambassadors and the United States, and from the peace embassies and the U.S. embassies.

Coming of the International Blessing Age

International marriages are indispensable for experiencing True Parents and to feel true brotherhood with people from other nations.

The unification of heaven and earth is possible only through intermarriage among enemies.

Era when it is possible to make relationship with the spirit world through marriage

Mother country must take responsibility to educate and nurture the world.

Mothers must set up the right standard of education and of the principled way of life.

Solve problems of Eve (women) and help equalize living standards.

Education in the unification of the spirit world and the physical world.

Standardization of education, public information, money circulation systems and science.
