This year begins our 15th season at Camp Sunrise, and we are looking forward to the best year yet. In addition to the 2nd Gen Children's Summer Camp in July, we will be hosting CARP's STF Jr. program in August, as well as family camps, and camping programs with churches of various denominations and social action organizations.

We are hiring our summer staff now, and I am hoping you can help me put the word out as we would like to fill as many positions as possible with 1st & 2nd generation members.

The following is a list of positions available, with job requirements.

All staff members must commit to the summer season, with some flexibility. Staff must arrive about 3rd week in June for training and camp preparations. Season is July 1st - August 29th. More programs may be booked for September, and some staff wishing to stay longer may be able to do so. Salaries are commensurate with experience.

If you are interested in the waterfront director or lifeguard job, and your certifications have expired, Camp Sunrise can help with re certification.

Waterfront Director 21 years or older, 3 years (seasons) lifeguard experience, current American Red Cross lifeguard certification & CPR (2004), + waterfront module. WSI preferred, but not required; lifeguards 17 years or older, currant Am Red Cross lifeguard certification & CPR (2004), + waterfront module.

Cook & cook's assistant - must be experienced, with references. Good physical, spiritual & emotional stamina; kitchen staff 18 years or older, previous experience nice but not required.
