The Interreligious and International Peace Council (IIPC) and the Interreligious and International Federation for World Peace held a congratulatory banquet for the successful accomplishment of the Blessing for Registration in Cheon Il Guk for the Revolution of True Heart and for True Liberation and Complete Freedom on August 21 at 6:00 p.m. Present and former heads of states, VIPs and Ambassadors for Peace were among the 1,000 people who attended this banquet at the Lotte Hotel, Chamshil, Seoul.

The banquet program proceeded as follows: opening remark, video presentation, entrance of True Parents, cake cutting, prayer by Rev. George Stallings, introduction of VIPs, IIPC chairman Dr. Chung Hwan Kwak's greeting, a congratulatory speech by former US Congressman Walter Fauntroy, a congratulatory speech by Kyoto University Professor Watanabe Hisayoshi, the Founder's address, presentation of bouquets of flowers, presentation of gifts, dinner and entertainment including a performance by the Little Angels.

Dr. Kwak introduced True Parents' life-long accomplishments and testified to True Parents, who have become the King and Queen of Peace. He asked us to live according to the view of value of true love.

In their congratulatory speeches, Mr. Fauntroy and Dr. Hisayoshi expressed their gratitude to True Parents for inviting them to be in this Blessing. They said that they will join True Parents' amazing work for world peace and actively promote the safe settlement of Cheon Il Guk.

In his address entitled, "True Love and True Marriage," Father said that the Blessing for Registration in Cheon Il Guk for the Revolution of True Heart and for True Liberation and Complete Freedom conferred grace and blessing on people's lives. Furthermore, he said, "If you received the seed of true love after inheriting the true blood lineage through the Blessing from True Parents who have become the King and Queen of Peace, you have to take care of this seed and raise it well to blossom and bear true fruit in the remaining years of your life."

Father also said: "You are ordered by Heaven to walk the path of a true husband and wife with heaven's seal. By your bond with the True Parents, you received the seed of true love, so I ask that you become true husbands and wives who produce true fruit through a true married life. Become true parents, build true families, and establish true nations."

After that, representatives of second-generation couples presented bouquets to True Parents. Later some of the leaders from around the world who attended the international peace conference and leaders from various fields offered presents and plaques to True Parents. Rev. Yu Jeong-kwan, the president of the Citizens' Federation for the Unification of North and South Korea, led three cheers of Mansei.

During the entertainment that followed, several songs were sung that gave joy to all the participants. The entertainment ended with a performance by the Little Angels and a traditional Korea musical performance.
