On September 25, 2007 (lunar: August 15), the 'Special Chuseok Celebration: Our Absolute Good Ancestors' was held in the Small Hall of Cheonseong Wanglim Palace (Heavenly Palace). For this 'Special Chuseok Celebration: Our Absolute Good Ancestors' members of 37th Blessed Wives Chung Pyung 40-Day Workshop, 118th Chung Pyung 40-Day Workshop, 38th 21-Day Registration Workshop for Blessed Wives and other blessed families of around 700 members attended.
At the Beginning of the celebration, Rev. Jae-sun Choe, Director of Progress Department, also the emcee, said, 'Today at this 'Special Chuseok Celebration: Our Absolute Good Ancestors' not only are Heung Jin Nim and Dae Mo Nim here but the True Children of the spirit world are here. Also the wives attending the workshop, your husband's ancestors are here as well. Furthermore, today at this time your ancestors are at your homes'.
The 'Special Chuseok Celebration: Our Absolute Good Ancestors' was then followed by a full bow, reciting of Family Pledge, representative prayer (Rev. Han-gyun Cheon, Head of General Affairs), time to offer food and drinks to ancestors (President Rev. Yeong-ho Ha and others), silent prayer time (time for ancestors to enjoy the prepared food and drinks), words (given by Rev. Ha), and concluded with 4 cheers of Eok-manse by Rev. Dong-bae Kim, International lecturer.
In his words, Rev. Ha, read True Parents' Chuseok declaration on September 12, 2000. He also added that if the blessed families can live a life without fallen nature, through the help of the absolute good ancestors, they are able to inherit heavenly fortune.
"In their speech on September 12, 2000, True Parents explained humanity's idea can be separated into 2 distinctive ideas. First is the western idea, where it completely separates living people (descendants) and dead people (ascended). The other is the Asian idea, where descendants live their life attending their ancestors. For example, in Korea people built shrines and temples always reminding and residing with the ancestors. Also, in Japan most homes have Buddhist altars to respect their ancestors. Through the Chung Pyung Works True Parents has unified the both completely opposite ideas.
By the way, through the 'Special Workshop for the New Beginning of Cheon Il Guk Blessed Families' True Parents has cleansed the sins of blessed families and created a foundation where we are able to unite with our absolute good ancestors.
Furthermore, at the '1st Anniversary of Cheon Jeong Gung Museum Opening Ceremony, and the 45th Day of All True Things' (June 13, 2007) True Parents told Dae Mo Nim to post all absolute good ancestors to all blessed families in helping to witness their clans.
Obeying True Parents' Words, Dae Mo Nim, with much sincere devotion, prepared the 2nd Coming of Absolute Good Spirits and on July 17, 12 am, in Jeongshim Won (Prayer Hall), the 'Starting Ceremony for the Second Coming of Absolute Good Spirits' took place. Thus, from July 20, 10 am, the Works of the 2nd Coming of Absolute Good Ancestors started. The absolute good ancestors came down to their descendants, the blessed families.
In her speech on July 17, Dae Mo Nim, said that blessed families living with Absolute Good Spirits should determine to live a life without fallen nature and must live a life with Absolute Faith, Absolute Love and Absolute Obedience.
Like this, True Parents made it possible for the absolute good ancestors to live with our families, thus, able to have this 'Special Chuseok Celebration: Our Absolute Good Ancestors'. We must live a life of reporting and thanking to our absolute good ancestors. Today is a truly meaningful day. From this day onward, let's spread this heaven's tradition of living with our absolute good ancestors side by side to the whole world."
