Note: On December 21, 2007, Dae Mo Nim wished that members will have a moment to look back reflect on year 2007 before entering year 2008. Also she emphasized that blessed families must put effort into becoming true families that God wishes us to be.

When we make a plan, at first we have resolution and try to achieve it. However, as time goes by we tend to forget that first resolution and it eventually becomes all vague. Now this cannot be the case. At all times we must have the heart of Absolute Faith, Absolute Love and Absolute Obedience, and when this is achieved we are able to achieve responsibility according to God and True Parents’ Words.

Satan and evil has dominion over most of this world and the spirit world. In this kind of world, if we fail to have the attitude of One Heart, One Body and One Mindset with God and True Parents, without realizing it, we will be controlled by Satan and evil. That is why it is important for you to inspect how you live each day.

You must reflect whether you have done something wrong and if you have accomplished some good, you must put some effort in developing it. There will be no development if you do not live like that. To make today better than yesterday and to improve more on tomorrow, you must have a time, during your day, to reflect on yourself.

Similarly, before you start a new year, I think it is wise to think, ‘How did I live the year 2007?’ Also, it would be better if you had a time to report to God.

Few days ago, I sat down in my prayer room and reported to God in the position of representing all members, ‘I failed to achieve many things in the year 2007 for you God’. God then replied talking about the ‘Special Workshop for the New Beginning of Cheon Il Guk Blessed Families’ (New Beginning Workshop). ‘If you hadn’t held the New Beginning Workshop it would be impossible for me to take dominion over my children. It was truly sad to see Satan having all dominion over you until that time. Through the New Beginning Workshop you were able to stand in the position of the owners of Cheon Il Guk and it made it possible for me to embrace you and have dominion over you. Thank you for your hard work.’

That is why you must show your new born self to God after attending the New Beginning Workshop. You cannot return to your previous selves.

I would like to talk about the ‘Path to Heaven’.

You must put sincere effort in establishing a true family.

Couples must love each other with one heart and one will; and create a true family where parents and children can establish One Heart, One Body and One Mindset.

Fallen nature must disappear. Fallen nature such as; suspicion, jealousy, hatred, vengeance, deceit, greed, thought of ‘me’, arrogance, and complaining has a bad effect on that person and their descendants. Fallen nature is the source of illness and suffering.

You mustn’t drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes.

You mustn’t commit adultery. The most painful and suffering place in the spirit world is where all spirits who committed adultery go to. You mustn’t see or touch other women other than your loving wife or other men other than your loving husband. You mustn’t fall.

You mustn’t use public money for personal use.

You mustn’t hurt other people’s feelings.

You shouldn’t be gossiping about other people. You also should be careful about what you say. You cannot forget to go to church.

Let us become blessed families that can love each other; live for the sake of others and be able to live a beautiful life welcoming True Parents. Do you understand? ("Yes!")

I hope that you will have the heart to perfect the dutiful family way of filial sons and daughters and saints before True Parents when entering year 2008. Do you understand? ("Yes!") I will believe you. We must develop. With the 320 billion Absolute Good Spirits we must create Heaven on earth and on the spirit world.
