Dae Mo Nim making Kimchi before winter with blessed wives members (November 7, 2008 Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center)

On November 7, at Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center, around 30 people of kitchen staff and members of the Staff Wives’ Society making Kimchi before the coming winter and then Dae Mo Nim suddenly came and helped with making of Kimchi from around 1,000 Chinese cabbages. In the midst of her hard schedule, even though she doesn’t have such time Dae Mo Nim said, “For the members who will be eating this, it’s not hard rather my feel great,” and continued on helping with the making of Kimchi.

The Kimchi making was done in a really harmonized atmosphere where all were enjoying the process. President of the Staff Wives, Suk-ja Ho, “I am grateful for being able to make Kimchi with Dae Mo Nim and take commemorative photos with her. we do a lot of work as member of this society and this occasion was one of the satisfying moments of my time here.”

This day’s lunch menu was the Kimchi that Dae Mo Nim helped to make with Bossam Kimchi (Wrapped Kimchi) with pork, and the members of the 129th Chung Pyung 40-day Workshop ate it with delight.
