True Parents’ lighting the holy candles ‘47th Day of True All Things and the 3rd Year Anniversary Ceremony for the Opening of Cheon Jeong Gung Museum.’

On May 24, 2009, the ‘47th Day of True All Things and the 3rd Year Anniversary Ceremony for the Opening of Cheon Jeong Gung Museum’ was held at Cheon Jeong Gung Museum magnificently.

On this day, starting with True Parents and members of the True Family, elderly members, boonbongwangs (Peace King Representatives), National Messiahs, and pastors of around 1,600 members attended and congratulated this great day.

The ceremony began from 8 a.m., with Rev. Jun-ho Seok, President of FFWPU-Korea, as the emcee. True Parents arrived to the stage as members were singing the song, ‘Grace of the Holy Garden,’ and started the commemorative ceremony.

As True Parents came to the stage, they lit the holy candles and received bows from the members of the True Children. After each level offering bows to True Parents, there was the reciting of the family pledge, representative prayer by Hyung Jin Nim, International President of FFWPU, and his wife, cutting of the commemorative cake, partaking of the holy food, Hoon Dok Hae by Rev. Hyo-yul Kim (Peter Kim), awarding of the Service Tablet, and finished by 4 cheers of Eok-manse by Rev. Yeong-seok Song, General President FFWPU-Japan.

At the representative prayer Hyung Jin Nim prayed that in front of True Parents who had been victorious over many trials and billions of Satan and freed the all things, will offer much gratitude and promised to return glory to True Parents through amazing witness activities as we, the unification members will go through substantial restoration in this era of substantial restoration.

Rev. Hyo-yul Kim, read the prayer of True Father at the 1st Day of True All Things saying, ‘Let’s make an internal pledge with True Father’s heart 46 years ago.’

On this special day, for the success of the publication “As the World Person who loves Peace”, True Parents’ autobiography, Mr. Dae-o Song, President of World Peace Professor Conference, and Rev. Chan-shik Yang, World Witness Head Quarters Vice-director, were awarded the Service Tablets for their work in the success of the publication.

After giving the award, True Parents read the Opening Statement that was given at the Opening Ceremony of Cheon Jeong Gung Museum (June 13, 2006) and explained the meaning in celebrating both the Day of True All Things and the Opening Ceremony of Cheon Jeong Gung Museum and that through the words wished all members would become new people.

As True Parents finished his words, he made Rev. Yang Ho, National Messiah to Monaco, sing the ‘Arirang’ and explained the lyrics providentially. He also made Rev. Hyo-yul Kim to sing a song and made him sing a part of True Parents’ prayer to the melody of ‘Hymn of Homeland’.

Through his prayer, President Dae-o Song, said that all must fulfill the responsibility, offer sincere devotion, unite as one, and until the time of January 13, 2013, while True Parents are here, should all make a determination to march towards that purpose.

After the 4 cheers of Eok-manse, the commemorative ceremony ended at 10:35 a.m..
