It was in 1991 July 1st when True Parents declared this holyday in Korea and categorized it as one of the major holydays of Unification Church.

August 31, 1989: True Parents declared the settlement of the 8 stages of restoration.
September 1, 1989: True Parents declared the Day of Heavenly Parentism

The Settlement of the Eight Stages of vertical and horizontal restoration signify the victory of the True Parents in completing the era of restoration on their level as True Parents of all mankind. That's why if we can still remember that in this day also True Parents declared the beginning of the Tribal Messiah era.

The following day, September 1, True Parents declared the day of Heavenly Parentism which ushered the era of True Parents victory and authority to stand as the True Parents of all mankind.

All blessed couples at the beginning of this period were asked to go back to their respective families and hometown and start witnessing to their tribes and lay the foundations necessary for tribal messiah mission.

Tribal messiah mission and tribal restoration is the restoration of our birthright and elder son position. This is a level where we have to offer to Jesus (True Parents) the tribes which he was not able to claim during his time (2000 years ago) due to the faithlessness of the people of Israel.

Tribal Restoration is the absolute mission of all Blessed families.

True Parents gave time to all blessed families to do this ground work and accumulate all foundations they can make in order to claim victory as True Parents representatives.

Thus, after 3 years, on July 1, 1991... (The 7.1 Holyday) True Parents declared the Day of God's Eternal Blessing which True Parents said, from now on...

All blessed families are Princes and Princesses of Heavenly Kingdom.

All Blessed Families are to live according to the royal standard where Heavenly etiquette have to be observed.

This is the time also that True Parents bestowed to all Blessed families the blessing of receiving material fortunes and authority to stand as Head of our Tribe as well as taking the leadership role in the society.

It means we have surpassed the position of servant of servants and have climbed to the level of true sons and daughters.
