True Parents came to save humanity by the "way of life." They revealed how the Garden of Eden which God first created looks like. They came so that we all can live happily in the restored Garden of Eden, and they opened up the way for fallen humanity to true life and the true way of salvation.

True Parents told all humanity that "God is our father who has the heart of true love?" Our physical parents resemble God, who is the origin of life, in that they are willing sacrifice their lives for their children. If all creation did not have this kind of heart then all forms of life would have perished.

God through True Parents is trying to find true families. Centered on God's providence, originally Christians were supposed to receive the blessing from True Parents. However, they failed in finding True Parents. Because they believed that the Second Coming would only come on the clouds, they could not receive the blessing of glory from God.

Since the blessing which God wants to give is for people who have perfected their individual character, people who want to receive the blessing must be qualified. These people must have the foundation of absolute faith which God can recognize, and they must be recognized by anyone to be individuals of personality.

True Parents first came to find the qualified people for the blessing. However, these people were blind to the glory of the blessing. God so eagerly wanted to give the blessing to these people, however they were blind and it is sorrowful that they could not come to the prepared place.

God wanted to put Adam and Eve as the owners of the Garden of Eden and bless them. Let us look at Genesis 1:26 -30 and observe how God wanted to bless Adam and Eve and enjoy with eternal true love.

Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground." So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground." Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground-everything that has the breath of life in it-I give every green plant for food." And it was so. (NIV)

God wanted to give the blessing to Adam and Eve. They were supposed to mature, receive God's blessing, bear children, and become the lords of the creation. But what happened? They did not receive the blessing, but rather fell. Therefore giving the blessing is God's hope for mankind. He is eagerly waiting to give the blessing to His children.

Therefore this blessing is the first big event that must be commenced in order to restore the Garden of Eden. The blessing is the first step in restoring all that was lost through the Fall. However, Christians turned away from receiving the blessing which God had so eagerly hoped to give. Because God's plan in restoring the lost Garden of Eden by blessing Christians and then all mankind failed, God made True Parents give the conditional blessing rather then the perfected blessing.

The conditional blessing is what we are receiving now. We did not receive the perfected blessing, but rather we are supposed to work towards receiving the perfected blessing. The Garden of Eden was at first very beautiful. God put His children, Adam and Eve, as central figures of goodness, but through the Fall they lost their positions.

They succumbed to Lucifer's temptation, who later became Satan. They did not keep their position of love, fell, and were put in position to be dominated by Satan. Therefore, our goal is receiving the perfected blessing. We must be central figures of goodness as owners of the Garden of Eden. In order to be these figures, we must cut off all the relations we have with Satan.

We have relationship with Satan through our fallen natures. We are referring to such characteristics as hot temper, hatred, falsehood, jealousy, greed and arrogance. Through these natures, we created a pitiful history of fighting and killing others.

When God created Adam and Eve, they did not have fallen nature. Our fallen natures were inherited because of the Fall and are the character of Satan and evil. We can not receive the perfected blessing unless we get rid of these characteristics of evil in us. Consequently, even though we received the conditional blessing, we can not enter the prepared Kingdom of Heaven but rather settle in an unperfected place in spirit world, unless we get rid of our fallen nature.

We have to completely cut off any relation we have with Satan and connect to God. We have to purify our state from which we received the conditional blessing, and rise to the eternal state which God can recognize.
