Please inform overseas participants who are coming to Korea for the Convention to Proclaim the Word that Firmly Establishes the Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind of the following information.
Seil Tour is offering the following prices for transportation from Inchon International Airport to Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center. Participants coming from outside of Korea are encouraged to make reservations through their regional headquarters. The price for taking a Seil Bus is 20,000 KRW per person. The fixed price for taking a taxi from the Airport to the Training Center is 140,000 KRW per vehicle (for 2 ?E3 passengers). The fixed price for taking a mini-van from the Airport to the Training Center is 180,000 KRW per vehicle. Regional headquarters must make reservations with Seil Tour in advance and inform Seil of your delegations' flight schedule.
Please note all prices are for a one-way trip and should be paid in cash (Korean Won). Those who require transportation back from the Training Center to the Airport can also make reservations at this time. The return trip to the Airport is the same price. Regional headquarters can make reservations for their delegation through Mr. Huck Jung of Seil Tour.
All inquiries regarding transportation should be directed to Mr. Jung.
After arriving at Inchon International Airport, participants who made transportation reservations with Seil should go to Arrivals Gate F, Terminal Exit #14 (refer to diagram below) where they will be met by Seil staff who will guide them to transportation. Please note, participants may be asked to wait some time at the airport depending on the departure time of the buses. The airport contact persons, Mr. Miyaji or Mr. Huck Jung can be reached at the Airport on July 6 and 7.
Please refer to the directions below for instructions to the Training Center via public transportation.
After exiting Inchon International Airport please look for bus stop ___ Operating hours are between 8:10 a.m. - 21:30 p.m. with a bus usually leaving once every hour. The bus fee to Chung Pyung Bus Terminal is 12,000 KRW. Participants should get off at Chung Pyung Bus Terminal and from there take a taxi to the Training Center. The taxi fare is on average 14,000 KRW.

Registration for overseas participants coming for the Convention will begin on July 7 at the 1st floor basement of the Training Center. Please look for the World Mission Headquarters staff separate from the Training Center's registration windows.
There is no registration fee. Tickets for the Convention will be given out during registration.
Please remember to send the contact information for the regional headquarters staff that will be in charge of managing the delegation from each mission nation and region. This Staff should submit the name list of their region's delegation in exchange for the Tickets. (Anybody who wishes to take part in a Chung Pyung workshop should register at the Training Center's registration window.)
Accommodations and meals for registered overseas participants will be provided at Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center. Sleeping quarters are designated and will be announced during registrations. Please inform your participants in advance that sleeping bags and blankets will be provided at the Training Center.

Among other things, participants should bring a FM radio for simultaneous translation, personal medication, and the proper dress attire for entering Cheon Jeong Gung. Simultaneous interpretation from Korean into English and Japanese will be provided during the Convention.
