On the 8th day of the 12th month of the Heavenly calendar (Jan. 11, 2011), the 43rd Year Memorial Service for Mrs. Gyeong Gye Kim (True Father's mother), Choong Mo Nim (her honorific name, "Loyal mother") was held, joined by Hyung Jin Nim, Kook Jin Nim, Hoon Sook Nim, and around 200 members.
"My mother loved me. She had
never thought her son that she loved so much would become unfilial to
her. I did not listen to her and took the completely opposite path.
Now I gave her the title of 'Choong Mo,' but according to some
spiritualists she is always crying in the spirit world, saying, 'I am
mortified that I could not offer Jeong Seong more than Dae Mo Nim in
order to help my son who is pioneering the providence. If I had been
told how I should attend to God with my utmost heart on earth, I
would not have felt shameful with the name 'Choong Mo.'"
