We pray for God and True Parents' blessing and love to be with all regions, nations and providential organizations as we enter the era of "Mansei for the Ssang Hab (combined) jubilee years, the 7th and 8th years of Cheon Il Guk based on the Universal Peace Federation."

This is an announcement of True Parents’ instructions given during Hoon Dok Hae on May 18 regarding personnel changes of regional presidents. Regional presidents and national leaders should actively prepare for these forthcoming changes in the administration, and do their best to succeed in the tradition of serving and attending True Mother, and True Parents, in their nations.

2. Clarification

Korea, Japan, America, the three key providential nations, were categorized as ‘regions’ according to True Parents’ instructions given on July 16, 2006 (Official Memo: FFWPUI 2006-42). Since then the president of FFWPU-Korea served both as the regional president of Korea and as the president of FFWPU-Korea (however, this has not been the case in Japan and the United States). Since Rev. Hyung Jin Moon took office as the 12th president of FFWPU-Korea, Mr. Dong Han Lee, vice-president of FFWPU-Korea, has carried out the president’s responsibilities on his behalf. However, True Parents have now appointed Dr. Chang Shik Yang, regional president of North America 1, to be the president of FFWPU-Korea. As the new president of FFWPU-Korea, Dr. Yang will carry out his duties supporting Rev. Hyung Jin Moon.
