Hoon Dok Hae on June 9, 2010 was held in Cheong Hae Garden in Yeosu, South Korea. In attendance were participants of the International Ocean Leaders' Special Workshop, and leaders including Mrs. Gil Ja Sa Eu, Rev. Sun Jo Hwang and (Rev.) Tae Geun Yoon. Hoondoksa (official Hoon Dok Hae reader) Yeon Sil Yang read the title of True Father's speech, Who has known the heart of Heaven?, from the eighth volume of the Collection of Speeches by the Rev. Sun Myung Moon, which was originally given at the Former Headquarters Church (in Cheong Pa Dong) on January 17, 1960. When she was about to read the main text of the speech, True Father asked Rev. Sun Jo Hwang to make a note of what he was about to say; and Father said that the settlement of the realm of heart should be proclaimed on the Day of All True Things. Father said that the realm of heart must be proclaimed on the Day of All Things in order for the realm of heart to be established.
About 5 minutes after the reading had begun, Father said, "Stop" and gave Rev. Hwang a note and asked him to read every word on the paper and then make a report. Father said this 48th Day of All True Things is the day that heaven and earth, God, True Parents, children and the children's nations and world must find the place of safe settlement of heart.
Also he emphasized that the morning Hoon Dok Hae time is when God's new cosmic energy starts to flow and the Creator God can safely settle after being victorious in fulfilling the purpose of His heart. Father added that "Hoon Dok Hae time is when we start off the beginning by connecting the ocean and peninsular foundations and we begin the Kingdom of Heaven of liberation and complete inner freedom of True Parents and the Creator God." He told Rev. Hwang to speak while looking at the note he had given.
Rev. Hwang said, "Today, on the 27th day of the 4th month of the Heavenly Calendar, on June 9th by the solar calendar, we are in very important time when the providence of Heaven bears fruit. We are having Hoon Dok Hae at Cheong Hae Garden where the Age After the Coming of Heaven and Ssang Hap Sip Seung Il were proclaimed, with our precious and holy True Parents. We are in the midst of the 48th ocean workshop and on the sixth day of the special family workshop of international ocean leaders, which brings the ocean providence to fruition, True Father has appropriated ocean providence funds and on that foundation we have held this Hoon Dok Hae time that brings liberation and complete inner freedom to God and True Parents."
