Ms. McDevitt read Father's speech from his speech book #15, titled "Our Homeland." She read
"Religious people do not think the nation they live is their homeland. Jesus, who was born as a Jew, did not think Israel was his homeland. He had to establish his new homeland." Then Father said, "I already proclaimed God's homeland."
She continued to read,
"Jesus, who knew what the ideal and peaceful world was, needed to set the goal of his new homeland. Consequently, Jesus caused conflict in society. Then, had the homeland for all humankind been established? No. The homeland Jesus thought of was not the Israeli Kingdom. -- God can receive the offering of Cain only through Abel. Before a child of the direct blood lineage of God appeared, everybody was in the position of servants, and that was the reason God sent Jesus to mankind. -- If you want to love me, love God, all of mankind, and the people of this nation first, and then you can love me. Mankind could not be born in God's homeland, and to make a condition to indemnify this, you must go to your mission area with your family at least three times. When one's children volunteers to take the responsibility of their parents, the parents will love them at the risk of their lives. We must establish God's homeland in Korea. For that sake, we must restore the individual, race, nation, world, and the universe."
Then Father said again, "Do you know that I already proclaimed God's homeland? It was Chil Pal Jeol. It was an amazing proclamation."
She then continued reading.
"To restore an individual, indemnity on familial level must be established. By the same token, to restore a race, indemnity on a worldwide level must be established first. To hold sacred faith, one must be sacrificial. That's why offering is holy. The fact you made utmost efforts will be remembered in the history of establishing God's homeland. You must become offering on a tribal level. There is nobody who lived for the sake of God and then perished. Flowers will flourish on their tombs. Human history can change its direction due to such sacrificial persons."
Later, Rev. Chang Shik Yang, who is the continental director of the US, made a report. He said that according to Father's direction, they bought a 15-seat van 100% made in Germany for tourism in Las Vegas. Then Father told them to buy one more. He also said it was not good to buy only German vans, and told them to buy a US-made van and buy a total of 5 vans, including a 25-seat van.
Ms. McDevitt read Father's prayer, which concluded the meeting that day.
