12 representatives of 172 faith leaders from the US (who had received Korean surnames through the assembly "Registration for God's Kingdom and the Fatherland" held in Korea) participated at Hoon Dok Hae that day. Father said that True Parents must go back to Korea one week after 9.1 by the H.C., and those 12 representatives must do so too two weeks after that day.

Father also emphasized the necessity of educating 3,000 people. Father said "You must not go back to Korea before parents do so. Although you must inherit the nation together with the ancestors of your tribes, you need to inherit the nation first since you had lost your ancestors. Before you go back to Korea, you must offer the nation to Heaven and go to Korea, God's fatherland, as your new field to work.
