Mrs. McDevitt read Father's speech from his speech book #32, titled "Mission of the Pioneer." After the reading, Father read his speech flipping back and forth and made comments.
"(After Father indicated numbers using his hand) You don't know why this (fourth finger) is the ring finger. Only I know it, and if even I explain it you wouldn't understand it. Nobody knows it except me. I was ready for today's meeting before 1:00 a.m. Today is the 7th day of the 10th month. Today is the 7th day but there isn't an 8th day. Who decided that? It was me but I am in a position where I can't do what I decided because 10 fingers are related. Today's speech is from book #32, isn't it? ('Yes.') From what page? ('It is page 237.') Until what page? ('Until page 262.') It is going beyond page 61.
(Then Father opened his speech file) You can't say you understand the contents on page 74 where it says 'The ultimate purpose of the providence is done.' (Then he started to read the sub- header on page 61) Seonghwa Ceremony of the New World and the Establishment of the New World Federation of Tribal Messiah. These two are related to the end which is page 74.
Today is the day when this is done and I am proceeding to the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh levels going beyond the third level. (Then Father opened page 51 and read there) The Proclamation of the Era of the Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind. The number 51 means to going over the summit.
Ladies and gentlemen, last year in Las Vegas, there was a special proclamation centered on God that was given by the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind on two separate days - one part at 2:20 AM on the 8th day of the 5th month of the Heavenly Calendar (June 19, 2010) and the other at 3:25 AM, on the 15th day of the 5th month of the Heavenly Calendar (June 26, 2010). 78 makes 56, which is going over the summit of 50. You didn't go over it yet. 7 x 7 makes 49. All people who were born and lived on earth couldn't go over 49. When one dies, number 49. It must be finished within three days."
"What is 'good'? It is good when the rational fits the outcome. The cosmos can't be good yet."
(Opening page 53 and he read) "Korea will now become God's homeland and hometown. Declaring that Korea is God's homeland, the Cosmic Assembly for the Proclamation for the Settlement of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind and the Substantial Word of God was completed in Korea on July 8. 7 x 8 makes 56. (Then Father read his calligraphy hung on the wall) Settlement of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind and the Proclamation of the Substantial Word of God"
(Opening page 61) "1. Centering on Sun-jo Hwang, the President of UPF-Korea, the Seonghwa Ceremonies for the authority of the tribal messiah and for the first, second and third Israels were to be completed between October and December 31, 2010. The three-day ceremony and indemnity stick ceremony (of the Blessing) are also to be completed. Korea is God's homeland and hometown; because it is True Parents? nation, we should have all the people of Korea take part in these ceremonies. These are not the words I say as I like. All heaven and earth are involved here. Today's reading ends on page 61 (of his speech book # 32)."
(Reading page 74) "The ultimate purpose of the providence is done. The date I wrote here is the 3rd day of the 7th month of 2011. It says The era of Hoon Dok is completed and perfected 'To be perfected and completed' has been reversed, and the word "be concluded" is missing here.
(Katsumi: Father usually says 'to be perfected, completed and concluded.' But on page 74, Father put 'to be completed' first and there is no 'to be concluded.')
"To be concluded" was done on the 3rd day of the 10th month of 2011, and that day was the foundation day of Korea. Only I know the meaning of this page. Nobody can say 'This isn't true.' You don't know the God of Night, the God of Day, or the fallen parents. I wrote these on page 74, which had been blank. You don't understand even if I explained this page. Even the God of Night, the God of Day, the fallen parents and the perfected parents couldn't accomplish it yet, and so I didn't include the word 'to be concluded.' Only I know the reason why that word is missing here. Only one person (which is Father) knows this. Those who think that this (contents on page 74) isn't true, come out and explain why.
Jun-ho Seuk, you don't know the meaning of 'to be concluded' do you? Here it also says 'The Reign of Tranquility and Prosperity is concluded.' Without the reign of tranquility and prosperity, there can't be ___. Hyung Jin thought '___' is everything, but '___' is imperative to call '___.'
"Until 17 years old, (2nd gen must inherit) the tradition, and from the age 17, 18, 19 20, 21, 22, 23 to 24 there are 7 to 8 years (for being Blessed.) 7 x 8 makes 56."
(Reading his calligraphy hung on the wall which says "Settlement of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind and the Proclamation of the Substantial Word of God." "There are three points here: Settlement of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind, Proclamation of the Substantial Word of God and Cosmic Assembly. 'Settlement of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind' means that everything has been done. Then 'Substantial Word of God.' Through the truth, substance must be found."
"___ to be concluded' can be done by the Second Messiah. The first and the second Adam failed. Also at the time of the Second Messiah, everything was lost on the 3rd day of the 7th month in 1945. That's why 'The ultimate purpose of the providence is done' was done on the 3rd day of the 7th month of this year."
