"(Reading his calligraphy on the wall) 'The Proclamation for the Settlement of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind and the Substantial Word of God.' God is a spirit and has no body, that is like the mind. The cosmos, which is the house of heaven and earth, is restored through this. (Then Father read the title of his speech 'The Cosmic Assembly for the Proclamation of the Settlement of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind, and Substantial Word of God') When parents become perfect, they are God's substance."
"One must receive the royal seals of father and mother. There will be the final Blessing ceremony of True Parents, which is the third one. Why do all of you need to participate at parents' Blessing ceremony? To receive Father's royal seal and Mother's royal seal. You don't know yet but Mother's royal seal was made (too). The royal seal is the pillar that all four directions, east, west, south and north are pulled over. (Reading the speech title) 'The Settlement of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind' is the conclusion but this is talking about one couple (of True Parents) and how can millions of families return to God? Has He experienced family life and loved His spouse? (Then he read from page 60)"

"(After reading again the speech title) Parents get settled, and so centering on them who are settled and become the substance (of God), they proclaim God's new words."
"(Reading page 74, which we don't have) 'Ultimate providential purpose is done' This means everything was achieved. What is the ultimate providential purpose? It is to reach perfection on individual, familial, racial, national, world, and cosmic levels. It is the blood lineage that can connect all of them. The blood lineage is the base of resemblance through which children resemble their parents, and that's why no other person can take over the children."
