These are incomplete notes from the simultaneous translation; while they are a general guide to the spirit and flow of some parts of Father's prayer, they should neither be relied on for clarification of concepts, nor used in publications.

Dear Heavenly Father, Lord and Origin of the cosmos.

After the passing of 2006 we are beginning January 2007, the seventh year of Cheon Il Guk.

We know that God's blessing is eternal, and we have entered the era when God can relate with the earth in the original way, since Ssang hab shib seung il. Human beings can stand in the center and relate to all things.

God can stand as the owner and relate to all things based on His unchanging and eternal attributes. Up until now You had no object [of Your love] and You were lonely and alone. We know You wanted to become a substantial center through Adam? You planned to raise an absolute owner on this earth.

You gave the commandment not to eat, but on the day of the Fall the universe began to tear at the seams.

The absolute, unique, eternal attributes were to be found between the subject and object partners. Based on the dual characteristics, you were to create the substantial realm of the parent based on love … In that position you have blessed the ancestors of humanity?

All individual beings can be connected in harmony as individual embodiments of truth. From the root of true love, to the trunk and the branches and leaves, the new world can begin to arise based on the eternal King.

Our ancestors were supposed to stand on the foundation of absolute faith, love and obedience, but due to a single mistake, all was lost.

Thank you that we have reached this point [of recovering the ideal] in history. True Parents have been sent to fulfill all that was meant to be accomplished before -- -oneness of heart, body and mindset, and the blessing of being fully liberated and completely set free, through which everything could be resurrected.

Up till now there has been no hometown, no true sibling relationships, no true race, but all are being restored, and a new history is beginning with the realm of the resurrection of the perfected family. Everything can be resurrected to create one single realm.

By 2013 we must complete and fulfill everything; all that has not been taught must be explained; all accounts must be settled. There must be unity between heaven and earth, and between heaven and humankind. Let the years to come be aligned with God. God's sovereignty, Cheon Il Guk, has been established.

Everything established by the false parent will be erased; the old wineskins will be discarded and God's fundamental essence will be revealed and will shine out and expand to the universe. May Your pulse be felt throughout the universe.

True Parents' course has been one to eradicate all that the false parent established, which was rooted in the false lineage and false love. The fruits of that must now be eliminated. The ideal within God, which has existed for eons, will now be established and bear fruit.

True Parents have had many children; let many receive the blessing and create exemplary models.

Let us make a new beginning and put behind us the year of 2006. Let us perfect the year of 2007, and on to 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.

Let us all stand as owners and lords; let the unity of one heart, one body and one mindset resonate with the original pulse, and go forward to the original ideal.

Let harmony and accord emerge, and create a world of harmony and liberation. Let this be accomplished centered upon Cheon Il Guk, the Universal Peace Federation?

All the ancestors in the spirit world must be engrafted to True Parents' heart and be blessed. All the spirits must be blessed by the True Parents.

All relationships will be turned around and centered on God from January 1.

Let this be a new beginning; let all come together; let that day begin with cheers of "Eog mansei."

Let us become absolute in faith, love and obedience to God, and let everything be regained by 2013.

This we pray in the name of the True Parents,

Aju, Aju, Aju.

Let Father and son live together; may God's blessing be with everyone for eternity, and all be liberated and freed completely.
