Summary of Father's words:
You must all know about the report Hyun Jin gave to me.
Mrs. Wonju McDevitt reads Hyun-jin nim's report for thirty-five minutes on the activities of the first half of this year and future plans.
The person standing over there is Hyun Jin. He has a lot of plans and has been really working hard. He has a very penetrating view of any organization that he reviews. You should know that he is laying the foundation of connecting the people behind those organizations by keeping close contact with the people and foundations that are influential and connecting with all the alumni of Harvard University. It's important to think about how to develop a new planning system, a new media system and a new structure centering on heaven.
He gives such a vast report but remember he is not doing it alone. If there is an idea there is also a person who accepts that idea. The world may not be aware of it but he has already concluded the foundation work for making leaps and is now advancing into the next planned stage.
If young people remain asleep, or think that the position that they are currently in is their ideal base, they should know, that is a path without hope.
They should discard that layer and make huge strides in building relationships for enhancing their fortune by giving or receiving. They must build their foundation. That's what we must do now.
The world is not a simple place. It's not like what you get. It's far vaster.
In the background of it all, when the time comes for the people in the spirit world from thousands of years ago to come down to the earth, you should be aware that their hope is in assisting the earth and that they are deciding the direction for the earth.
Women may be busy following after trends, blown away by the wind of luxury, but the path that we should go is in knowing how to follow or approach the core of the mainstream of God's will.
Bear my words in mind; it is important which direction you take. Remember there are those even among you who are working hard in expanding foundations for reaching out to the world.
Young people should take the dream and work together with their neighbors and the youth of nearby nations. In that sense you need sports, you need football, you need the Olympics and you need the arts -- you need everything.
In the world of sports, we have a foundation that is second to none in Korea, Asia and the world.
When you hear this you may think it sounds like a dream but it is not.
Those who work with the true ideology will not perish but will become an owner. That goes for you, too. Don't remain in the midway position.
Now, there is nobody who can defeat us because we have our ideology.
Most people think within their national borders but we think beyond national borders. You should go and settle down at the center of heaven.
What we are doing is for the sake of building heaven's foundation with the tradition of the eternal world.
From now CARP members should receive military training. The women should become part of the peace police and the men should become part of the peace kingdom corps.
In the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve trusted Lucifer too much. A security device was not set in place.
Let's see how far the leaders here will go.
The Unification Church needs to be overhauled. From now on do not get in my way as I move towards my destination.
It is God's will that you follow in line with what God desires.
From tomorrow, the ambassadors for peace will be participating in Hoon Dok Hae. Who is in charge of that? I may not come; of course I will be there on the first day. If I talk about serious things they may all run away.
Ambassadors for peace do not have any rights of ownership. They should be fully trained. Just a couple of days are not enough.
Should I be involved or not? (Please be with us, since you gave us the order to hold this.)
I give instructions even to elementary schools! Do I even need to go to such places!
Religious leaders shouldn't be the ones coming forth. What about God?
I'm called the Rev. Moon of the Unification Church. Should I appear? Or I should have Rev. Kwak do it?
I've been trained in these things since I was a child.
At 6:15 a.m. Rev. Yoon reads some of the reflection papers of the ambassadors for peace who took part in the seminars in Japan. He then reports on the preparations being made for the special education for ambassadors for peace that will begin from tomorrow.
Father then gives instructions to read his most recent speech from page 23 and then leaves the room. Under Rev. Kwak's guidance, participants read the speech together; Rev. Kwak gives a brief explanation of what they read.
