Ms. Yeon Sil Yang reads chapter fifteen of the Pyeonghwa Hungyeong and the letter God sent to True Parents. After the reading Ms. Yang offers a prayer. Father then asks if it would be better to leave now to go out fishing or to go after having something to eat. The boat captain Mr. In Soo Kim replies that it would be better to go out after eating something. Father instructs for breakfast to be prepared and Hoon Dok Hae ends in just thirty minutes.

Summary of Father's words:

If the early Roman senate under Christianity had properly carried out their role, the Christians would not have had to suffer. John the Baptist was said to have come as the second coming of Elijah but none of the people at that time believed this.

We are holding seminars centering on the peace messages. In the same way you should hold such seminars for the relatives and clan representatives of members in Korea. Schools should teach students about God and include Him in the curriculum.

I've taught people how to make boats and how to catch fish. Now we should start a fish farm that breeds fish of good quality. Then we can export those fresh and live fish even to Japan. I've already made foundations in Mokpo and Busan. I've done a lot of research on how to make boats.
