Myung Moon and Hak Ja Han January 23, 2012
This morning's Hoon Dok Hae began at 8:00 am. Rev. Hwang who led Hoon Dok Hae this morning reminded the participants that we were given a new providential task and thus we should re-align our focus to this new imperative. He then led the participants in song singing holy songs and also 'The Man in the Wilderness,' to remind all members of the burning resolution they had when they first joined the movement.
In the midst of the singing True Parents entered the hall. After the participants offered a bow to them True Father explained the meaning and significance of chapters ten, eleven, and twelve in the Pyeonghwa Hoongyeong. True Father emphasized that the time of living as one's please has passed and reminded the participants that one's sexual organ did not belong to them (but to their partner), while lamenting the fact that the sexual organs of human beings was brought to ruin because of the fall.
I should give a blessing on this occasion of launching the kingship. I should authorize it and proclaim it. You should equip yourselves with the Cheon Seong Gyeong, Pyeonghwa Hoongyeong and Family Pledge and everything else that the True Parents should have, and to read it in your family. If there is someone that you are concerned of invite him or her to Hoon Dok Hae, ask them about any contradiction they may be feeling, and pray for them so that the problem can be resolved within the family. You should not conceal or hide anything.
Rev. Chang Shik Yang then reads chapters ten, eleven, and twelve in the Pyeonghwa Hoongyeong. Hoon Dok Hae concludes at 9:28 am.
After Hoon Dok Hae Father emphasized that we should resolve to find and recover an ideal world where God can freely move about and exercise his full, all-encompassing and omnipotent authority. He asked for all those who resolve to do so to stand up.
Hand in hand, True Father and True Mother walked slowly down the middle of the room and walked in a circle, stopping briefly in the direction of north, south, east and west. They returned to the stage and then clasped hands facing each other at the center of the stage.
Before praying True Father said: "We went to all four directions -- north, south, east and west -- to bring all as one, to bring all creation, both in heaven and earth, into the embrace of the True Parents. This benediction is one to make a new world, a new beginning."
After True Father's prayer Rev. Hwang brought Hoon Dok Hae to an end. The participants offered three full bows to True Parents and had three cheers of eog-mansei.
