Our True Parents returned to Korea where they educated 160,000 Japanese women. June 21, today, Father has returned to Alaska where he is praying and fishing. Once again he will challenge the same schedule in Alaska. Father is now over seventy years of age and he really needs to rest and live a more comfortable life. The meaning of the Completed Testament Age is that Father and Mother have fulfilled their responsibility and this is the time for them to rest. The Completed Testament Age is the age of the second generation and the tribal messiah age.

At the end of the month I was in Korea and I witnessed True Father teaching Japanese women until 2.30 a.m. Then he returned to his home but did not go immediately to bed but stayed with the members teaching one more hour. Then at 3.30 a.m. he rested. After thirty minutes he awoke and went again to teach to Japanese women. He alone taught 160,000 Japanese women.

At the National Headquarters here in New York four months ago I organized witnessing education department. Actually the most important duty of the headquarters is witnessing education for America. To bring all of God's children home again and create the Kingdom of Heaven on earth.

We are now living in the Completed Testament Age. Do you think that the Completed Testament Age is ours as a free gift? Not at all. Rather God requires that human being fulfill their responsibility. What is this year's motto? The safe settlement of True Parents and the Completed Testament Age. What is the meaning of safe settlement? It means that True Parents have brought victory through the Old Testament, New Testament and have arrived at the Completed Testament Age level. This model of victory needs to be expanded to the rest of the world, which means the safe settlement. If we are not witnessing and educating people from the satanic life into the godly life, then this Completed Testament Age will not usher in a safe settlement here on earth.

We may be very busy with our external missions, but our more internal mission is tribal messiahship. Heavenly Father will ask you how many of His children did you witness and educate, having a business mission is not an excuse to neglect this. Day and night, any position, any place we need to do witnessing and education. This is very important. Five months ago we established the witnessing education department and Dr. Baughman is the head of this department. Then we have formed the National Witnessing and Education Committee. We developed this witnessing and education manual. The other manual that we developed was the church growth manual. So one project is how to really support successful tribal messiahship. Another project is how can we successfully invite people to attend the 1995 blessing ceremony. Also we want to create a witnessing magazine.

Dr. Hendricks will later explain that we want to begin a Unification Ministry Institute. Our church leaders, especially regional directors, state leaders, city leaders and community leaders need to develop how to witness successfully, how to give a good sermon, how should a minister take care of his personal health life, how to care for his family. Due to over- investment on the part of ministers of our church sometimes it causes problems within the family. Our church leadership and ministry needs financial support also in order to be able to maintain their families.

I would like to explain to you more fully the meaning of womb witnessing. Womb witnessing is a very long term type of witnessing. It fits well with tribal messiah work, home church area.

Our human life on earth is like a womb life. The entire cosmos is like a big womb created by God. Then God uses all the elements from this cosmic womb to give life to the human baby. Actually our human life is a life in the womb of the physical world. The Fall of Man came about as a desecration of the womb.

Human life has many problems today through immorality and violence of every kind. Life on earth seems very tough and many people commit suicide. But when they arrive in the eternal world they face further struggle. In order to reverse all of this we need to go back to the cosmic womb and spiritually gain rebirth. Why did Jesus say that it is necessary to be reborn? Why did True Father speak about rebirth? Because the womb is a very important concept for our spiritual life. Father speaks about change of the blood lineage, rebirth, being born again. All of these things are connected with womb life.

According to Father, human beings need rebirth. This womb trouble came from where? The fall of man occurred between man and woman. The meaning of True Parents is that they have created the purified womb. Everybody needs to return to True Parents womb and be reborn. This is our destiny. Because Adam and Eve made trouble we need both True Father and True Mother and through them we will be able to receive true blood lineage and become children of God.

After Adam and Eve fell, Jacob and Essau's mother Rebecca faced very dangerous circumstances in order to support her son Jacob in obtaining the external birthright, elder sonship. In the case of Tamar it was a more internal meaning because inside of her womb the two children struggled to obtain the birthright of the elder son. After this Mary had to demonstrate remarkable faith in order to give birth to Jesus as the sinless Messiah.

Without the True Mother, the True Father cannot appear. Before True Mother came into being then True Father is in the position of the Messiah but not in the position of True Father. To be the True Father is a step beyond being Messiah. The Messiah needs his bride in order to become the True Father. How did True Mother appear? Old Testament explains the preparation for the bride, which was continued through the New Testament.

One of True Father's greatest victories on this earth is he choose one unknown eighteen year old. Actually God send her. At that time, True Father actually expected that an older sister would be the bride. One spiritual lady brought this young woman and her mother to Father. Many of these women surrounding Father at that time were highly educated very spiritual ladies. True Mother's mother had no house, no money, but God prepared True Mother for True Father. After choosing her, Father trained and tested her. Finally in 1992 True Mother stood in the position of True Mother of humankind. In that year she spoke on both Capitol Hill and at the United Nations. Without True Mother then True Father cannot create a womb for humankind and give them rebirth. The womb is very important in this sense.

The Christian religion is the bride religion. The Jewish religion also was the religion of the bride. Even though the Messiah may appear and has all power and everything is his to command, but if he does not have his bride then how can he give rebirth experience to mankind? The reason Christianity and Judaism were bride religions is because both Jesus Christ and the Lord of the Second Advent need to have a bride.

This is connected to Family Pledge number seven: centered upon True Love we need establish shimjung culture. It means we need to connect with True Father's heart, True Mother's heart and also Rebecca, Tamar and Mary's heart. If we are not connected with this heart we cannot establish the true Kingdom of Heaven on earth.

How shall we do this womb witnessing?

1. First of all we need to pray. Through your meditation, your spiritual reflection you will connect with your witnessing candidate.

2. After you connect with your candidate then you must carefully and lovingly serve them to create an openness between you.

3. If they are truly interested then given them the Divine Principle book and other materials.

4. Invite them to come to Sunday Service, one day workshop. three day workshop. seven day workshop and church social action programs.

5. If they become associate members we can make a special party of celebration and joyful welcome for them.

6. We invite them to attend the blessing ceremony. This is the invitation to enter True Parents' womb.

When we first speak with people, we need to address social issues, because people are uncomfortable about the future in today's world. Then we are able to explain human responsibility to them. How without humankind fulfilling its five per cent responsibility, no matter what God does, it won't work. But all things are possible when we truly fulfill our five per cent responsibility.

At the second stage we can teach about the revolution of true heart and true mind. At the third phase we need to teach the parallels of history and through this people will be able to understand the dispensation of God. At the fourth phase, we can teach the entire Divine Principle. At the fifth phase we will teach about why we need True Parents. Then finally we are able to invite them to attend the blessing ceremony.

This is a step by step process. But this womb witnessing is actually very powerful. We have often thought that making a big noise and campaign-style witnessing was the best, but in fact womb-type witnessing is more powerful. It can be done very quietly, with dignity, gaining respect and trust. Womb witnessing has a deep connection with the dispensational history of God.
