Dear Friends,

We have scheduled a one day strategic development meeting in Clifton, NJ on Saturday May 4th, to further energize and strengthen our organization for people committed to taking effective action. We intend to amp out clear, prioritized, written plans to influence our region.

We are standing on the shoulders of all true parents have done to date, with a greater sense of urgency to impact America.

Our Intended outcomes include for this meeting:

1. Create purpose, vision and mission statements for our organization.

2. We have identified 3 major areas in which we need to effectively coordinate.

Principled worldview
Cultural Development
Political Action

3. We intended to create working teams in each of these areas, with a leader, 12 month goals and 90 day action plans with specific steps.

A One page Strategic Planning Process, that will be adapted to guide our day.
